What's included in the subscription pricing?

Everything is provided as part of the annual subscription so there is no need to pay for additional technical support, maintenance, upgrades or updates - these are all included for one low price (excluding the Express Edition). The only addition to these costs are the costs of license codes. We don't charge for trials.

Are there per-user access fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Every NLS plan includes unlimited users and clients. 100 people or 10 people, the prices listed above are the same for everyone.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we also accept payments by check or wire in USD.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

You will receive a fully operational account with trials setup to test the PRO, Flash and Network editions along with live license codes to test with. We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you get to try Nalpeiron obligation-free.

What happens at the end of the trial?

At the end of the trial you may cancel or convert the trial account into a full account by paying for the plan that works for you. Our support team will email you before your trial expires. You can choose one of four plans and pay by credit card/check/wire inside the product using the store. Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact).

If you decide not to start paying at the end of your 30-day trial, your account will expire.

How do the license codes work?

In addition to the subscription Nalpeiron charge for license codes that can be put to many uses but are generally used on a per user basis for node-locked users i.e. individual machines.

These vary in cost based on the volume purchased as low as $1 per code or less for high volumes. License codes can be used more than once (if perpetual) i.e. you can set say an activation limit of 100 activations on a single code costing $1 each for a business i.e. a license code can be instrumented to offer more than a single install. If you are offering leasing/subscription node licenses (for security) these are single use only but the same cost basis. We don't charge for trial license codes, indeed these are not required.

In addition, we provide network locked codes which allow up to 50,000 users per license code, these cost between $10-25 per code (i.e. $10 for up to 50K users per end user site)

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yep. Simply click buy in the Dashboard and you’ll see your upgrade options. We do not allow downgrades.

Can I get any discounts?

Yep. Nalpeiron offers up to 20% discount on subscriptions for multi-year signup and the more codes you purchase the lower the cost.

Our state-of-the-art computer servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all NLS plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
